Case of a Full Mouth Reconstruction
BEFORE & AFTER
This is a case of a 60 year old lady with multiple severe dental problems. She wanted to take care of the smile. She had esthetic and mastication problems. The teeth were so decayed and periodontally affected and there were no other option from extracting them all.
On the upper jaw we made a conventional full arch denture ( for financial reasons ) and on the lower jaw we extracted all of the teeth and placed 6 implants and we made immediate loading full arch .
The final picture is not taken yet because she still wears the provisionals. In three months we will proceed with the delivery of the final zirconia full arch on implants restoration.
